Was almost hit coming into the parking lot, employees yelled at me for using the touch screen on the register. Short on products and products were more expensive compared to other shops. Avoid this dispensary when there are more friendly better alternatives.

I had a truly great experience here! The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They are also very knowledgeable when it comes to marijuana and the different products available. They took the time to answer my questions, explain my options, and make sure I felt comfortable with my choices without making me feel rushed. The customer service really stood out to me. Everyone was respectful, helpful, and had a positive attitude. I definitely appreciate the level of knowledge and care the staff provides and would recommend this place to others looking for friendly and knowledgeable service.

Changing everything, once again I show up at 1pm on a Tuesday and there’s 10 people in the waiting room with no one at the front desk. Waited 30 minutes to get checked in then another 20 minutes before I had to leave while still being like 8th in line. Hour lunch break wasted and got nothing. That will be my last time I ever go. It’s ridiculous and I’m sure someone will comment on this and say oh no I’ll look into that and we’ll fix it. You didn’t fix anything you made it worse with employees who hate working.

I presented my Maryland medical cannabis identification card along with my valid government-issued identification. The budtender informed me that my medical cannabis card was “expired” and treated it as if I was no longer a valid patient. However, Maryland no longer requires patients to carry a physical medical cannabis card, and patient status is verified through the Maryland Cannabis Administration system along with an active certification and government-issued photo ID. As a long-time Maryland medical cannabis patient with active certifications, I expected staff to be properly trained on current Maryland cannabis regulations. Patients should not be turned away or given inaccurate information because an employee is unfamiliar with changes made by the Maryland Cannabis Administration. I hope management provides additional training so future medical patients receive accurate information and professional service. My first experience at this location left me frustrated and concerned about the level of knowledge being provided to patients who rely on medical cannabis. Thank you for your response. This is my first time at this location. I would because it’s super close to the family that I was visiting. But I was extremely disappointed at some of the things I noticed while there. First, the TERPS were not showing online. As a medical patient that’s the number one way that I search for my medicine because it lets me know what’s inside of each strain based on my needs. So not having that was extremely frustrating. When I showed Up to the dispensary, it took a good 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me. There was no one at the reception desk, which was slightly frustrating because I was in a hurry. Overall slightly disappointed. But I did give them three stars because they had amazing deals that day. And I couldn’t miss out on those prices. With other dispensaries local and in the area that I’ve been to and had better service I’m not sure if I’ll return
